Monthly meetings will be held in the lower level Fellowship Hall
of the University Baptist Church
located at 3740 E. Third Street in Bloomington.
Meetings are generally held the second Tuesday of the month
at 6:00pm and are open to all homeowners.

The Winslow Farm Community Association, Inc., (WFCA) Board of Directors works to address numerous issues that relate to the well-being of the association and our common property.
For the most part WFCA is self-managed. Committees provide assistance with important tasks that serve all homeowners and help to keep our neighborhood working smoothly.
We have 5 Neighborhood Architectural Committees. Three condo communities have their own homeowner associations.
