New Bent Tree Neighborhood consists of homes on Summerwood Court, Azalea Lane, Whitetail Run and 3 homes on Wylie Farm Road.

New Bent Tree homes have several designs and 4 sets of paint colors. Original paint colors no longer exist, so neighbors are currently developing a new paint pallette for homeowners wanting to touch up trim paint. Homeowners recently met to discuss the addition of "out buildings" to yards in New Bent Tree. Neighbors had been advised by Hallmark that such structures were prohibited by covenants, but recently the Board and Committees have determined this not to be the case. Some homeowners prefer no out buildings, others need extra storage and have larger, wooded yards. Suggestions included "garden sheds" in the design and materials of the homes.

 

All homeowners in New Bent Tree are members of the Winslow Farm Community Association, Inc. You are owners of the community property deeded to WFCA. There is no community property located in New Bent Tree. There is no New Bent Tree neighborhood sign. Community maintenance areas adjacent to NBT include 2 wooden walkways and 1 Wylie Farm Road eyebrow.

Each home in New Bent Tree is required to pay an annual fee to WFCA for the care of WFCA community property & areas. Each home in New Bent Tree has one vote in WFCA elections.
